Colleen, a native of the Midwest, is a judge's daughter and one of nine siblings. In 1984 she realized a long term goal when she moved to San Francisco. There she became involved in commercial real estate and had extensive training in finance and negotiation. A resident of Sacramento since 1987, she enjoys calling this wonderful city her home.

Colleen has achieved the level of Lifetime Member of the Masters Club, which is an organization of top real estate professionals. With over 25 years experience, she is not only a Realtor, but also a real estate broker, which requires a higher level of education. Her goal is to make the stressful process of buying or selling a home a smooth transition. She does this in a variety of ways. First she genuinely enjoys working with people. She does not relegate her clients to a "team", such as a transaction coordinator, buyer's agent, or escrow coordinator. Over the years she has seen so many mistakes made by these assistants. In her quest for quality she wants her clients to have competent service, a real estate broker’s service. Any interactions her clients have regarding such an important asset as their home, are interfaced with her directly.

With a bachelor of science degree Colleen worked for years as a critical care nurse. She also has experience from renovating 12 properties. Both of these aspects benefit her clients. She can offer practical solutions for making a home more marketable and comfortable. In the process of working closely with people and discovering their needs, she establishes many new friendships. She attributes her numerous returning and referred clients to her careful attention. As in nursing, she is still taking care of people.
